In the fall, we participate in the FIRST Tech Challenge (FTC). Each team is composed of students within Team 2526. Students can specialize in mechanics (building), programming, electrical, or driving.  Using these various skills, the students are challenged to design, build, program, and operate robots to challenge head-to-head in an alliance format. The Fall 2018 FTC competition is ROVER RUCKUS.  More information will follow as we get closer to the date.

In the winter, we participate in the FIRST Robotics Competition (FRC).  Unlike FTC, the FRC season has one main robot. Team members must collaborate and hone teamwork skills in creating the competition robot.  Along with coaches, mentors and volunteers, the students are able to participate in an award-winning program. This year’s competition is DESTINATION: DEEP SPACE.  More information will follow will be available in January 2019.
